Highest certification for explosion-proof coal safety

Covering 13,000 m², featuring an integrated experimental center and high-end automated calendering production workshops.
Deeply rooted in the industry for over 20 years, Tangshan Xieli products serve major global engineering projects.

A new conveyor belt project for the Simandou iron ore mine in Guinea, West Africa. Our two-wire connection systems were selected to significantly reduce material and labor costs. The deployment included comprehensive protection devices, address encoders, pull cord switches, deviation switches, longitudinal tear detectors, slip detectors, chute blockage sensors, and material flow detectors.

An EPC turnkey project by a major state-owned enterprise. Due to overseas deployment, highly stable top-tier products were required. Our complete protection suite—including protection monitors, address encoders, pull cord switches, deviation switches, slip detectors, and tear detectors—was selected with customized enclosure design, communication protocols, and IP protection.

Located on Sakhalin Island, Russia, with extreme winter temperatures down to -54°C, this project required dual CE and ATEX certifications and extreme cold resistance. After testing multiple top brands in ultra-low temperature laboratories, our products won the bid and continue to operate reliably without low-temperature failures.

Part of the high-speed rail tunnel construction in Sicily, Italy, utilizing the first Chinese TBM exported to Italy. Meeting EU standards required dual CE and ATEX explosion-proof certifications—where our company was the sole qualified Chinese supplier. Products supplied included pull cord switches, deviation switches, integrated belt cleaner boxes, and high-pressure washing units.

Recommended by Hubei Wuhuan Engineering Institute for a new coal handling plant. Our engineers co-developed a fully sealed passive dust suppression system with the institute. The system has operated continuously and flawlessly, receiving high acclaim from the client.

A major port application where long-distance, high-speed belts caused frequent deviation. Our self-aligning system with early-warning devices enabled unmanned monitoring and automated alignment correction in an open port environment, quickly identifying fault locations with zero downtime.
